Director Laurence Malkin and leading man Skeet Ulrich completed dialog recording on the upcoming feature film "Soul Assassin" at LION and FOX Recording Studios. The Clock Filmworks production was finished in time for debut at the Cannes Film Festival this May. Malkin's tight production schedule dictated that he record and edit Ulrich's ADR work simultaneously. LION and FOX was able to meet that demand with its non-linear video tied to the powerful SADiE digital editing system. Takes were played back instantly, checked for sync against production audio waveforms, and edited, comped, and slipped immediately after recording, creating a finished product for mixing. Audio mix was performed at Cineberti in Brussels, Belgium. ADR engineering at LION and FOX by Rob Buhrman, 5/16/2001.

and FOX Gets Freaky
Jan 15, 2001 - LION and FOX, hosted Fox TV's new television series "Freaky Links" ADR session. LION and FOX's all digital Control Room B has been very active since it's creation, including ADR with actor Wendall Wright, who plays Mr.Tatum in this "Freaky Links" episode. He's a former local Metropolitan DC resident, living in California but, here in DC for a few days acting in a play at The Arena Stage. This Episode is titled "Stone Room" and is due to be aired in the month of Feb. on the Fox TV Network. Recording from LION and FOX Recording Studios can serve a variety of purposes.
